"Video Report Method" refers to self-explaining after solving physical problems by recording videos.The design process mainly includes six parts: teacher's topic selection,students' problem-solving,students' problem-explaining,teacher's evaluation,students' rethinking and students' video achievement display."Video Report Method" is a learning strategy based on self-explanatory principle and experience in educational practice.The core part is the students' problem-explaining.Through high-quality self-explanation,students monitor the problem-solving process,constantly reflect on and adjust their cognitive processes,and actively construct and understand physical knowledge.In fact,students often improve their ability through inefficient "the sea of exams tactics".The application of "Video Report Method" is conducive to improving this common situation and promoting the development of key physics competences.In this paper,the "Video Report Method" is tested in practice.The experimental group(53 students)and the control group(56 students)are selected from a National Demonstration High School in H city,Eastern Guangdong Province.By comparing the results of the physical pre-test with those of the three post-tests in the experimental group and the control group,and combining the results of the questionnaire survey and the interview survey,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Students have high recognition of the "Video Report Method" and the method can promote students ' self-confidence and interest in physics learning.2."Video Report Method" can deepen students' understanding of physical concepts and rules.Students promote the understanding and internalization of knowledge through voice self-explanation,and solve learning puzzles by watching excellent videos in We-chat learning group.3.The application of "Video Report Method" in senior high school physics learning can significantly improve students' ability to solve physics problems and their physics academic performance.4."Video Report Method",to varying degrees,helps students at different levels.The entire improvement of medium students' physics performance is more significant,while the excellent students perform better in the field of complex physics problems.
