With the popularity of computer and Internet,the human race has entered fragmentation learning of information era,countries as early as 2010,put forward the "education informatization" into the overall strategy for national informatization development,in the era of such a policy background,combined with the discipline characteristic of high school physics,applied micro video teaching in high school physics teaching has gradually been recognized recognition of teachers and students.However,on the application of the micro video in teaching is still in exploring stage,the development and utilization of the micro video and design there are still many problems,so the author in this article put forward the optimization of the problem discussed in this paper.This thesis first of all,by consulting relevant literature,interview experienced people,according to the theory of cognitive load theory,behaviorism,audio-visual education theory as the principle,the high school physics curriculum as the guiding theory,with intuitive principle,instructive principle,the principle of consolidation,adhere to the principle of guiding principles,combined with its own production,using micro video experience.According to the teaching contents,teaching methods and students' different situation,micro video production has a variety of forms,the author use the Power Point,such as mobile phones,ulead video studio software with 2016 published by people's education press high school physics compulsory 2 chapter 7 "of the law of conservation of mechanical energy" as an example,applying micro video directly to the classroom teaching in the new lesson,simplify the difficulty of knowledge,promote learning interest;With the help of a network platform to share knowledge after class to consolidate the teaching video,convenient students according to their own grasp the demand of knowledge after class selectively,targeted for study.
