| Research purposes: in the weight lifting project, athletes rely on the muscle strength of the major muscle groups to overcome the weight of the barbell through the hip extension in weight lifting,The bar is accelerated upward to complete the snatch and clean and jerk,as a result,Therefore, the strength of the flexor and extensor muscles of the torso is particularly important in weight lifting. The flexor muscles of the trunk are the abdominal muscles and the extensor muscles are the dorsal muscles.A large number of studies [] believe that the absolute strength of the torso can be reflected in the 30,60 /s test,The explosive power of the torso can be reflected in the 180/s test. This study used the Norwegian Redcord suspension training system to train weightlifters on core strength for 5 months,Observe the changes of athletes’ muscle strength, and provide scientific basis for the innovation of training methods. Methods: 18 teenage weightlifters were selected, including 8 male and 10 female weightlifters, according to the principle of randomization, the team members were divided into experimental group and control group,with9 people in each group. In addition to routine training, the experimental group also carried out core strength training twice a week, the control group received only routine training and did not participate in suspension training, all for 5 months. All subjects were tested for functional motion screening and isokinetic muscle strength before and after the experiment, the result of FMS score, the average power, relative peak torque and the peak torque ratio of flexion and extension is selected for comparative analysis. Results :1.before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the relative peak torque of trunk flexor and extensor between theexperimental group and the control group at different angular velocities(P>0.05).After the experiment,at the speed of 30 /s,the extensor of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the flexor was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the speed of 60 /s,the extensor of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the flexor and the control group(P>0.05).At the speed of 180° /s,there was no significant difference between the extensor and flexor in the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The relative peak torque of the waist and back of the athletes in the two groups increased with the test speed(30,60,180°/s),and PTQ/BW values in flexion and extension mode decreased.2.Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the average power of trunk flexor and extensor between the experimental group and the control group at different angular velocities(P>0.05).After the experiment, under 30° ~ 180° / s speed, the experimental group extensor were significantly greater than the control group(P<0.01),flexor also significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After5 months of suspension training, the average power of the extensor flexor increased significantly.3.Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the ratio of trunk flexion and extension peak moment between the experimental group and the control group at different angular velocities(P>0.05).After the experiment, under 30° / s speed, the experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P < 0.01),at 60°,180° / s speed, the experimental group and control group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).In the control group, the peak moment ratio of trunk flexion and extension showed a trend of large-small-large with theincrease of movement speed, while the peak moment ratio change of trunk flexion and extension in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, showing a relatively stable state.4.Before the experiment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of athletes in the score of linear lunge and rotational stability of deep squatting hurdling(P>0.05).After the experiment, the squat score increased from 1.9 to 2.6,while the control group increased from 1.8 to 2.0,comparing the two groups have significant difference(P< 0.05),step hurdle score increased from 1.3 to 2.4,while the control group increased from 1.4 to 1.8,comparing the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05),score rotational stability of experimental group increased from 1.3 to 2.6 in the control group increased from 1.4 to 1.6,comparing the two groups was very significant difference(P < 0.01),linear lunges score group increased from 2.3 to 2.8.The control group was increased from 2.4 to 2.5,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Suspension training can improve the absolute strength of the extensor muscle of the waist and back of athletes.2.Suspension training can promote the muscle work capacity of weightlifters.3.Suspension training plays an important role in maintaining the stability of hip joint and lumber and preventing sports injury. |
