Research purpose:This study is to kinematics and EMG method of Guangdong women 55 kg players analysis,choose barbell vertical speed,barbell gravity height,hip,knee Angle,amplitude peak amplitude and EMG integral index,the female weightlifter problems diagnostic analysis,for coaches fundamentally guide athletes training to provide more accurate feedback,coaches in guide athletes to provide reliable theory and data support,improve the degree of scientific training.Research subjects and methods: This article included Chen Shuying,Chen Yanling and Li Jiao,the 55 kg female weightlifters in Guangdong Province.Two Casio high-speed cameras and a Mega Win6000 16 guide surface EMG tester with a sampling frequency of 1000 Hz were used for testing,and then the APAS 3 D motion analysis system and megawin software were used for kinematics and EMG analysis,respectively,and finally Excel was used to collate and analyze the obtained data.Research results: 1.In the bell stage barbell vertical speed increment is0.865±0.125m/s,barbell height rose 0.235±0.0.45 m,hip,knee angle to 57.5,4.5 ± and46 ± 8,Chen Shuying and Chen Yanling muscle contribution: triceps> vertical ridge muscle> tricus muscle lateral,li jiao: tricus lateral> gluteus muscle> vertical ridge muscle> triceps;2.In the force stage,barbell vertical speed increment is 0.51±0.09m/s,barbell rise height is 0.34±0.08 m,hip and knee Angle increased 77 ± 11 and 10 ± 6,Chen Shuying’s contribution rate anterior tract> lateral gastrocnemus> vertical ridge muscle> gluteus> triceps> latissimus;Chen Yanling’s muscle contribution anterior triculus> triceps> vertical ridge muscle> lateral gastrocniculalis> gluteus> liculus;Li Jiao’s muscle contribution rate gastrocnemus lateral> gluteus muscle> proniculus>vertical spinal muscle> latissimus> triceps;3.In the squat support stage barbell speed reduced 1.185±0.145m/s,barbell drop height is 0.2±0.07 m,hip and knee Angle reduced 108 ± 10 and 30 ± 15114.5 ± 5.5,Chen brachialis> lateral triculus>;Li Jiao’s muscle contribution anterior triculalis> vertical ridge> lateral> gluteus> triceps> dorsal.Analysis conclusion:1 In the bell lifting stage,Chen Yanling leans forward at a large Angle,and the stimulation intensity of the latissimus dorsi muscle is high;Li Jiao mainly relies on the shoulder joint and back to exert force,knee and elbow extension.2 In the force stage,Chen Shuying’s barbell speed is small and the barbell height is high,which will have a certain impact on the squat support;Li Jiao in this stage,the latissimus dorsi muscle and vertical spinal muscle activation strength is small,the trunk stability and strength transmission effect is poor,mainly relying on the lower limb force.3 In the squat support stage,Chen Shuying has a low center of gravity when receiving the bell,and the rise process is long;Chen Yanling reaches the peak of the gastrocnemius muscles late during the squat.In Li Jiao,the hip Angle is small and the gastrocnemius and gluteus muscles on both sides are uneven.4 Pre-squatting stage Chen Shuying vertical ridge muscle and atisus dorsi muscle contribution rate is low,Li Jiao’s pre-squatting time is longer,the pre-squatting depth leads to a longer process of force,which affects the effect of force.5 In the upper force stage Chen Shuying mainly relies on the upper limb muscles,lower limb muscle group is not active,barbell speed is small;Chen Yanling is active,upper limb force is late;Li Jiao on the trunk stability is poor,the elbow force is not active.6 In the support stand up stage Chen Shuying arrow step leg support when the body center of gravity is low,to maintain the body stability trunk muscle mass hair force earlier;Chen Yanling arrow step leg support on both sides of the trunk muscle force is uneven.
