This paper takes the research on standardization of teaching management in colleges of CQ university as an example,and with the "Ordinary university undergraduate teaching assessment plan" which issued by China's Ministry of Education as the requirements of relevant standards,in order to explore the standardization of the problems existing in the current teaching management,and referring to relevant management concepts in the New Public management thory and Taylor's scientific management theory,then puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of college teaching management standardization,It is of great significance to improve the standardization of teaching management,to improve the overall level of teaching management and to guarantee the quality of personnel training in colleges of CQ university.This paper consists of an Introduction and four main parts.The Introduction part mainly includes the research background,research significance,research methods and ideas.In the first part,the related concepts involved in this paper and the theoretical basis used in this paper are explained.Many scholars relevant concepts.The second part,describes the present situation of teaching management standardization,to undergraduate teaching assessment plan involved in the teaching management standardization management standards of audit contents,from the intuitive level on the assessment standard of undergraduate course teaching present situation analysis,from the teaching management staff of colleges,students and teachers "trinity" of the Angle to analyze the current situation of the objective aspect.The third part respectively from the perspective of managers,studens and teachers to found the problem,analysis the problems that cause the colleges teaching management is not standard mainly include: Inattention to standards,Low management efficiency,Imperfect rules and regulations of teaching,teaching management organization responsibilities unclear,and through the investigation and interview methods such as the causes of these problems are analyzed in detail.In the fourth part,referring the concepts of the Taylor's scientific management theory and the New Public management theory,and combined with the actual teaching management standardization problems in the colleges of CQ university,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,namely "use of positive and negative incentives,implement the standards","pay attention to management efficiency and quality,to strengthen the construction of teaching management team","adhere to the principle of goal orientation,perfecting the rules and regulations of teaching","clear and unified matching of rights and obligations,strengthen management members to participate in".The innovation point of this paper is to take the requirements of undergraduate teaching audit and evaluation program as the standard of management,so as to find out the existing problems in management,draw on the relevant concepts of new public management and Taylor scientific management,and combine the existing problems,so as to propose countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problems of teaching management standardization.
