Archives management is an important part of the management work of vocational colleges,and it has an unshakable position in the long-term development of vocational colleges.It not only assumes the responsibility of properly preserving University archives.It also has very important responsibilities in developing University archives information resources,promoting school informatization construction,enhancing school connotation development and governance ability.With economic and social progress,vocational colleges has ushered in a new development,is committed to the education quality of teaching,scientific research level and talent training quality and social influence and so on to improve its competitiveness,has experienced staff personnel after the rising and development of the number of students has doubled,in investment,development and utilization of archives management and so on have also made some achievements,but also faced with many problems to be solved,it is mainly embodied in the system is imperfect,responsibility implementation does not reach the designated position,informatization level is not high,influence on the standardization of the file management level.This article details the relevant theories of archives management,expounds the content,nature,characteristics,basic principles of archives management in vocational colleges and the basis and characteristics of the standardization of archives management in vocational colleges,such as the content and nature of M vocational college in hunan province as an example to analyze the existing infrastructure construction archives management in vocational colleges is not up to standard,archives collection difficulty,the poor quality of archive files,files use efficiency is low,the prominent problems such as the construction of archives informatization lags behind,And deeply analyzes the causes of the problems are mainly the insufficient attention to the archives management work,the archives management mechanism is not perfect,the department archival filing system is not in place,the quality of archivists is not high,the development and utilization of archives resources is not enough.Aiming at the existing problem of vocational colleges and universities archives management work put forward a sound file management mechanism,enhance the level of archives protection,laying solid foundation archives business institute evaluation and encouragement mechanism,and promote the archives management informationization,build specification file management such as file data sharing service platform of opinion and the suggestion,promote the standardization of the vocational colleges file management level.
