Chinese characters are the oldest in the forest of human characters.Although they have undergone more than 3000 years of evolution,the etymology information still plays an important role in the teaching of Chinese characters.However,in today's elementary education literacy teaching,the scientific and effective use of ancient Chinese characters is not satisfactory.The main reason is that the latest achievements of the textual research on ancient Chinese characters have not been popularized in the teaching of basic education.In view of this,this paper takes 3000 Chinese characters commonly used in primary schools as the scope,sorting out the source information of ancient Chinese characters word by word,based on the latest achievements of ancient Chinese textual research collection and compilation of pre-Qin ancient Chinese characters related literacy AIDS materials,forming a "pre-Qin ancient characters data compilation".The aim is to provide such a quality supplementary teaching material for literacy teaching.On this basis,how to use ancient Chinese characters in the process of literacy teaching is discussed.Form the following teaching strategies: First,Correct interpretation of ancient Chinese characters and make up for deficiencies in existing teaching;Second,This paper investigates and collate the resources of ancient characters in grade one and two editions of Chinese textbooks;From the perspective of literacy,some suggestions are put forward for the compilation of textbooks;Third,starting from the utilization of the word resources,a path is put forward for the combination of literacy teaching and traditional culture.
