Research On Optimization Of Risk Sharing Model In College Student Management

With the rapid development of various undertakings in China,higher education has also changed from elite education to mass education,which also brings new challenges to the management of students in higher education.In the traditional risk management model for college students,schools bear too much responsibility for student risks,while students,students' families and the society represented by the government bear less responsibility,which is not conducive to student risk management and students' growth and success.In this paper,taking the risk responsibility sharing of college students as the research subject,the relevant research activities are comprehensively carried out by using the methods of case analysis,field investigation and qualitative analysis,and the main research conclusions are as follows:The present situation of the student risk responsibility sharing work in JSM University is as follows: the school divides the student risk into two types for management-daily management risk and student emergency risk practice management.The school has made a certain level of risk sharing for both types of risks,and has clearly defined the main body of responsibility for the risks.Such as increasing students' awareness of risk prevention through knowledge lectures and other forms,and communicating with parents of students who fail in their studies.The main problems of risk sharing among students in JSM University are as follows: failure to implement the concept of comprehensive risk management,the main body of risk sharing is not complete enough,lack of scientifically viable contracts,some of the main risk-sharing bodies out of school do not work hard enough for the related work,risk-sharing party does not bear the loss of risk accidents of college students,there is no professional risk management organization in the university,and no full-time risk management staff.Designed the " Four in One" risk sharing optimization model for college students,including students,families and the society represented by the government as the main body of risk sharing,clarifying the rights and responsibilities of all parties,and jointly doing a good job in risk prevention and control of college students to serve the healthy growth and success of college students.In order to ensure the implementation of the " Four in One" college students' risk sharing optimization model,it is recommended to take such safeguard measures as paying attention to establishing and perfecting the organizational structure,strengthening the construction of relevant systems,creating an environment atmosphere for risk sharing,and strengthening the construction of information communication platform.
