On Optimization Of Student Security Risk Management In HQ University

Along with the popularization of China's higher education,college students' safety risk management attracts more and more attention in society.The safety risk management of college students is not only an important safeguard for the healthy and harmonious development of higher education,but also affects the stable and orderly development of regional economy and becomes the main subject of higher education administration.In pace with internationalization of Chinese higher education,the conflict of cultures has changed from the network to the reality,coupled with the increasingly severe employment situation,the difficulties and challenges of the security risk management of college students are also escalating.HQ University adheres to the principle of “Gearing education to Foreign Countries,Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan”,and its student safety risk management has representative significance in the popularization and internationalization of higher education.Based on the basic theory of risk management and combining with the example of student safety risk management in HQ University,the dimensions of the study are identified as macro,meso,and micro-levels,and proceeded a comprehensive analysis from six modules of student safety risk management in HQ University by using research methods such as literature analysis,participatory observation,and questionnaire surveys: in terms of macro-level and basic level of risk management system,to look for the reasons why its structure is not perfect;in terms of the medium-level risk management system to explore the reasons for its inadequate form;and in terms of the micro level,the risk management mechanism lacks a closed investigation of its operation.The paper concludes the optimization suggestions according to the result of analysis: firstly,improve the student safety risk management security system and other rules and regulations in terms of the risk information feedback,risk monitoring and risk incentive and restraint;secondly,not only to build a three-level student safety risk management system,but also to establish a participatory risk management body structure,to enhance the professionalism of the risk management team and thus improve the student safety risk management system;thirdly,establish and optimize student safety risk management mechanism,carry out accurate risk identification,risk analysis and assessment,in order to provide reference for risk disposal;improve risk management through risk communication,revising risk assessment based on risk monitoring,and form risk management mechanism a closed circle.Although this research is a theoretical exploration of risk management from the practice of one school,with the all-round,multi-level,and wide-ranging development of higher education,the suggestions proposed by this research to optimize the management of college students' safety risk can provide some references for the construction of a long-term mechanism to build a safe campus for some extravert colleges or for colleges or universities to strengthen students' safety risk management in the process of internationalization.
