Research On The Emotional Exhaustion Of Institutional Volunteers Under The Mode Of "Cooperation Of Social Worker And Volunteer"

With the contribution of volunteers to the society becomes severe,the role played in social construction is increasingly popular.The mode of "Cooperation of Social Worker and Volunteer" opens up a new way for the social management road.This article investigates the relationship between volunteers,social workers and residents in L community through literature research,field research and process-event analysis,shows how the relationship dilemma of volunteers in linkage process leads to the phenomenon of emotional exhaustion,such as decreasing the expectation and reducing the willingness to voluntary service.It follows that volunteers and social workers contact before cooperation,the causes of emotional exhaustion of volunteers are diverse: information asymmetry,ineffective communication,administrative and involution relationship in the interaction between volunteers and social workers;residents take voluntary service for granted in the interaction between volunteers and residents;the negative attitude of individual volunteers affects the overall mental state of volunteers in the interaction between volunteers.This article proposes suggestions from the influence of bureaucracy on volunteers' emotional exhaustion,residents' fixed cognition of volunteers and communication among volunteers.Emotional exhaustion puts volunteers in dilemma,and then advices on reducing the loss of volunteers under the new social service system and realizing the sustainable development of "Cooperation of Social Worker and Volunteer" model.
