| The problem of failing grades and “ zero ” points of male students in ordinary colleges and universities is very serious.Exploring the influencing factors of lead-up results is of positive significance for improving the lead-up performance of male students and enhancing the quality of students’ strength..The research uses literature data method,interview method,participatory observation method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the data of male students’ physical health monitoring data,questionnaire survey results and open questions simultaneously to explore the impact of pull-up results.Factors,the results show that:(1)Analysis of physical fitness monitoring data of male college students,there are two types of factors affecting college students’ pull-up performance,body shape function(height,weight,vital capacity)and physical quality(strength,speed,endurance),among them,The factors that have a greater impact on the lead-up performance are the strength factor and the body shape factor.(2)The questionnaire on the factors affecting the pull-ups of college boys has good reliability and validity,including three dimensions of influencing factors,namely cognitive factors,strength factors and external support factors,among which “cognition” The factor has the highest score,followed by the“outside support factor”,and the “power factor” score is the lowest,three factors have grade differences,cognitive factors(F=8.323,P=0.000),and strength factors(F=2.923,The difference between P=0.033)and external support factors(F=4.180,P=0.006)was significant.(3)Coding with the open-ended questions of college boys,the four dimension factors of the pull-ups are obtained,which are individual students,school security,physical education teachers,and index evaluation.Among them,there are 8 main influencing factors in the pull-ups,which are usually Lessexercise in the pull-ups,no physical strength training in the physical education class,exercise-taking rules in the pull-ups,exercise motivation,lack of mandatory organizational pull-up exercises in the school,lack of training guidance for physical education teachers,and no systematic upper-extremity strength training in schools.Courses and school venues are incomplete and significant.Conclusion: The three aspects of data synchronization prove that the main influencing factors affecting the lead-up performance of boys in ordinary colleges and universities are the individual aspects of students,the students’ physical weight,lack of strength,and unreasonable cognition.In physical education teachers,physical education classes lack the upper body strength training for students.Aspects and pull-ups in technical training,in the evaluation of pull-up indicators,scoring rules can not better motivate students to exercise,school security,schools lack mandatory organizational pull-up exercises,schools do not have systematic upper limb strength Training courses,school venue facilities are not complete. |
