| Building morality and cultivating people is the general goal of our country’s education system to educate new people in the era.In the face of great changes unseen in a century, and the critical moment when the country is moving towards modernization,it is our higher education should shoulder the responsibility of cultivating a new generation of successors, laying a foundation for comparative advantages in the forest of nations in the world, and providing strong support for the realization of the Chinese dream.historical responsibility. To this end,in recent years, the state has intensively introduced many policies and guidelines to promote the physical and mental development of young people. However, the deteriorating physical health of college students in recent years is worrying.Nearly 70% of male college students have "zero times" in the pull-up project. Why? This is our pilot path to solve this problem. This study is based on the "zero-time" characterization of the pull-up project in the National Student Physical Health Test, and through the perspective of observation and empirical research,to gain insight into the mechanism of its occurrence, and to provide strong support for subsequent solutions to the problem.First of all, based on previous research results, real hot concerns, combined with my participation in the pull-up project test in some colleges and universities in Shanxi University City,on-site in-depth interviews with organizers, testers, participants and tested students, the preliminary judgment is that "zero" There are various unbalanced causes in the process of education coupled growth and development behind the "secondary" representation. To this end, five hypotheses are proposed, which are:(1)The imbalance of the pull-up scoring standard causes students to have a sense of avoidance.(2)The male characteristic imbalance of zero times of pull-ups,resulting in the inability to pull-ups.(3)The unbalanced teaching of physical education in schools results in less attention to upper limb intervention during the sensitive period of strength development.(4)The systematic imbalance of physical education has resulted in the lack of solid foundation for the pull-up ability of "zero-time boys".(5)Under the natural growth conditions, the modern lifestyle causes the staged imbalance in the physical development of "zero-time boys".Subsequently, the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research is adopted, and case analysis is introduced for exploration.Mainly using the methods of literature materials, participant observation, questionnaire survey, interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics and other methods to analyze and empirically explore the main cause hypothesis of the imbalance of zero-time representation of male pull-ups in colleges and universities. The result shows:The first and five hypotheses are all established, and the intertwined forces have jointly caused the emergence of zero-time representations of pull-ups for boys in colleges and universities.Second, the main crux of the imbalance of the zero-time representation of male pull-ups in colleges and universities comes from:(1)policy formulation. The effectiveness and motivation of the pull-up scoring standard is insufficient, which causes students to have a sense of avoidance.(2)Individual aspects of students. Not paying attention to self-building,resulting in imbalance of physical indicators;lack of awareness of sports, resulting in unlawful practice.(3)The physical education environment is out of order, and the necessary intervention is missing, resulting in development difficulties.(4)With the intervention of unhealthy lifestyle and diseases of modern civilization, the activity of the upper body and upper limbs is reduced, and the labor stress is weakened, resulting in the lack of natural growth of physical fitness, especially the strength of the upper limbs.(5)Lack of necessary specialized upper limb exercise equipment and environmental support, resulting in objective development restrictions.Third, all "imbalances" can be resolved through active intervention. |
