Research On Optimizing Export Trade To Promote The Industrial Structure In Hebei Province

Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,industrial structure is still the key issue in the process of economic development of Hebei Province.At present,the links between various countries are constantly strengthened.Trade is more and more frequent.The export speed of commodities and factors of production is constantly accelerating.And the impact of export trade on industrial structure is becoming more and more obvious.Hebei Province is located in the Bohai Sea coast,with obvious geographical advantages and superior sea,land and air traffic conditions.However,its export trade development level is still far from other coastal cities.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and feasibility to improve the industrial structure by optimizing the export trade structure of Hebei Province.Based on the comparative analysis,this paper finds out the existing problems in the development of industrial structure and export trade of Hebei Province.This paper uses grey correlation method to analyze the relationship between the change of total volume,mode,commodity structure and industrial structure in Hebei Province.Through the establishment of co-integration equation,the impact of export trade on the upgrading of industrial structure is analyzed.On this basis,the impact of export trade on the proportion of the three industries is further analyzed.Through comparative analysis,we can find that there are some problems in export trade and industrial structure in Hebei Province.The problems of export trade are listed as follows.First,it has a small pulling effect on the economy.Then,the proportion of export trade mode is unbalanced.Finally,the structure of export commodities is unreasonable.The problems of industrial structure are listed as follows.First,the industrial structure of Hebei Province is unreasonable.Then,the development of primary industry is backward.Third,the proportion of secondary industry is slightly higher.Finally,the development of tertiary industry is slow.The results of grey correlation analysis show that the change of total export trade volume,mode and commodity structure are closely related to the change of industrial structure inHebei Province.The results of co-integration equation show that the total volume,mode and commodity structure of export trade hinder the development of industrial structure in Hebei Province.This is mainly because the total volume,mode and commodity structure of export trade promote the proportion of secondary industry and hinder the proportion of tertiary industry.The results of co-integration equation further show that there are some problems in export trade.Based on the existing problems and conclusion,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to optimize the export trade structure in Hebei Province,and further promote the development of industrial structure.
