| The aggression of junior high school students has been a topic of wide concern to all circles of society, which will have a negative impact on junior high school students’ physical and mental health and social adaptation problems.Cumulative ecological risk refers to the combination of factors such as family, peers, school or community, which will lead to individuals being more prone to negative emotions or behaviors.,while aggression is a typical representation of negative behavior. Many studies have shown that different risk factors can have an impact on the aggression of junior high school students, but few studies explore the internal mechanisms of cumulative ecological risk affecting the aggressive behavior of junior high school students from a protective perspective.Self-esteem,as an internal psychological resource,is the subjective evaluation and emotional experience of individual’s satisfaction with self-behavior,and its cushioning effect between negative sexual life events and risk factors has been confirmed by a large number of studies.Based on this, this study intends to explore the mechanism of self-esteem and emotional intelligence between the accumulation of ecological risk and aggression in junior high school students, and on this basis,to develop a group counseling intervention with the theme of improving the self-esteem of junior high school students. This study consists of two parts: In the study 1,Aggression Scale,Self-esteem Scale and Emotional Intelligence Scale were used to test and evaluate a total of 1266 junior high school students in 6 middle schools in BaoDing,Aiming at exploring the current situation and characteristics of junior high school students’ aggression, accumulated ecological risk,self-esteem,emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence, and SPSS 23 was used to analyze the data. The results showed that:(1)There were demographic differences in aggression, accumulated ecological risk,self-esteem and emotional intelligence among junior high school students;(2)There were significant correlation between accumulated ecological risk,self-esteem,emotional intelligence and aggression of junior high school students,and(3)The emotional intelligence,self-esteem and aggression of junior high school students are significantly negatively correlated, and junior high school students with higher self-esteem level and high emotional intelligence level have relatively few aggression;(4)The direct effect of cumulative ecological risk on aggression was significant,Accumulated ecological risk could significantly predict the aggression of junior high school students;(5)Self-esteem played a partial mediating role between the accumulated ecological risk and the aggression.Emotional intelligence plays a moderating role;(6)Accumulated ecological risk can have an impact on aggression through self-esteem,and this relationship is regulated by emotional intelligence, specifically regulating the latter part of the mediating effect model. In the study 2,45 junior high school students with lower self-esteem level than average were selected on the basis of study 1,and the group counseling with the theme of improving self-esteem was carried out,and the effect of intervention was discussed. The methods of pre-measurement,post-measurement and tracking evaluation of experimental group, control group and control group were used to test. The results showed that:(1)Through group counseling intervention, the self-esteem level of the subjects in the experimental group was significantly improved, and the aggression was significantly reduced;(2)The self-esteem level and aggression of the test group and the control group were not significantly changed in the pretest and post-test;(3)After two months,The results showed that the self-esteem level of the subjects in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the previous measured self-esteem level, and the aggression score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the previous test after two months. |
