The junior middle school stage is an important stage for the cultivation of one’s psychology,personality and behavior habits,so the legal education in this stage is very important for the cultivation of one’s legal literacy.The key to the education of rule of law is not only the people,contents,methods and ways involved in the education of rule of law,but also how to coordinate the relevant factors so as to make the education of rule of law smooth and efficient.Mechanisms refer to the structure,function and relationship of organisms.The construction of the mechanism of rule of law education for junior high school students is to coordinate various relevant factors to ensure the effective implementation of rule of law education for junior high school students.At this stage,there are still many places to optimize the legal education mechanism for junior middle school students,which is also the core and key of the article.Starting from the elements of the mechanism of rule of law education for junior high school students and their mutual relations,this paper analyses the elements of rule of law education for junior high school students,including the main body,task and purpose of rule of law education,and the relations among these elements are mutual coordination,mutual restriction and mutual promotion.Secondly,it analyses the characteristics of the legal education mechanism of junior high school students: goal,integration and initiative.Secondly,the construction of legal education mechanism in XX Middle School of W County is expounded.Then it summarizes the main experience and shortcomings of the rule of law education in XX middle school from the specific measures taken by the external educational administrative departments in the rule of law education in junior middle school and the main practices of the internal schools as the main position of the rule of law education.Secondly,the main dilemma and reasons of law education for junior high school students are analyzed.The main difficulties of the rule of law education for junior high school students are as follows: unclear power and responsibility of relevant functional departments for the management of the rule of law education for junior high school students;imperfect three-dimensional network of rule of law education for schools,families and society;the enthusiasm of the subjects and objects of rule of law education has not been mobilized;obsolete teaching content and single teaching method of school rule of law education;lack of teachers of rule of law education in schools;and evaluation of the effect of rule of law education.The price is not ideal.The reasons for these problems are as follows: lagging concept of rule of law education;insufficient investment in time and funds for rule of law education;weak training of rule of law teachers,narrow training path;imperfect evaluation system;incomplete links of rule of law education and so on.Finally,according to the above research results,some optimization suggestions are put forward from the perspective of mechanism.Optimizing the coordination mechanism of junior high school students’ legal education;optimizing the incentive mechanism of junior high school students’ legal education;optimizing the guarantee mechanism of junior high school students’ legal education implementation conditions;optimizing the teaching mechanism of junior high school students’ legal education;optimizing the feedback mechanism of junior high school students’ legal education evaluation.
