As an important part of China’s vocational education system,secondary vocational education also bears the basic role of the vocational education system.In recent years,the state has stepped up efforts to support secondary vocational education.The secondary vocational education has shown an unprecedented development momentum.The number of secondary vocational 、students and graduates continue to grow.In recent years,the state has vigorously advocated the connection between middle and high vocational schools.However,under this trend,the teaching of secondary vocational schools has also had certain drawbacks.Therefore,in order to better follow the "service-oriented,employment-oriented,competency-based" vocational education teaching objectives,it is urgent to strengthen the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools.This paper takes the teaching method in teaching reform as the starting point,and applies the TBL(team based learning)teaching method to the process of "marketing" in the secondary vocational school to explore the implementation effect of this teaching method.In the process of application,the TBL teaching method has been improved locally.In the process of practice,the teaching characteristics of the "Marketing" course are taken into account,and the case discussion teaching is integrated into the rules of the TBL teaching method.The case is introduced,through the classroom practice,thus forming a complete teaching lesson,and forming a comparative class by different groups,and comparing the results of the TBL teaching with the later traditional teaching effects.The study concluded that compared with the traditional teaching methods,TBL is effective in improving the teaching effect under the premise of heterogeneous grouping,and the step-by-step teamwork is also conducive to the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability.Therefore,this paper discusses the application effect of TBL teaching method and forms a case for reference. |
