In 2017,the Ministry of Education formally promulgated the "Normal Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "Standards(2017)"),proposing that students develop six core mathematics literacy.These six highly summarize what kind of New Age talents education should cultivate.Mathematical modeling literacy is a kind of important mathematical literacy necessary for people to use mathematical knowledge to solve real life problems in modern society.How to cultivate students’ mathematical modeling literacy has become a hot topic for teachers on the front line.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among40 teachers of W High School and 119 students in Class 2110 and Class 2113 in Grade 1,respectively.The aim is to understand the basic situation of the teaching in the second chapter of high school mathematics 1,the teachers ’views on the cultivation of "mathematical modeling",and the current situation of high school students’ mathematics modeling literacy.Through the analysis of the results of the survey,the teaching methods of teachers are rich and diverse,and it is generally believed that the second chapter of compulsory 1 has an important role in cultivating students ’mathematical modeling literacy.However,there are still some problems in teaching: In terms of teachers,teachers ’evaluation of students is still based on traditional evaluation of learning achievements;After work,the teacher lacks the experience of participating in professional mathematics modeling training and learning.The teacher does not know much about mathematics modeling system.In terms of students,the concept of students is relatively traditional,and the teacher teaches what to learn,and the consciousness of autonomous learning is notstrong;Lack of understanding of mathematical modeling systems;The level of mathematical modeling literacy is generally 1-2,and the modeling ability is low.Based on the requirements of the standard(2017)for mathematical modeling literacy,this study formulated teaching strategies based on the "three education" educational concepts and survey results,and conducted teaching experiment research to promote the cultivation of high school students’ mathematical modeling literacy.It provides reference for high school math teachers to improve classroom teaching efficiency and develop reasonable teaching strategies to promote students ’mathematical modeling literacy training.By developing the teaching design under the educational concept of "three education",the scientific teaching objectives and implementation measures are formulated.Then,a unit of teaching experiment was conducted for Class2110(experimental class)and Class 2113(control class)in the first grade.In order to explore the effectiveness of the "three education" education concept to cultivate students’ mathematical modeling literacy,a test volume was compiled before and after the student’s mathematical modeling literacy level.Through the analysis of the results of the previous test volume,it is concluded that there is no significant difference in the level of mathematical modeling literacy between the experimental class and the control class,and it is generally concentrated at the 1-2 level.Through the post-test volume analysis,it is found that students have improved the level of mathematical modeling literacy,generally focused on 2-3levels.And the degree of improvement of the experimental class was significantly different from that of the control class.It shows that the teaching under the guidance of the "three teaching" education concept has a positive effect on the cultivation of students ’mathematical modeling literacy,whichhas a certain reference significance for the classroom teaching guidance for the first-line teachers. |
