Sanda,as a key course in College Physical Education Elective course,has not been carried out well in Colleges and universities.The limitation of Sanda course education is that the traditional education mode is mainly to copy the relevant theoretical knowledge of Sanda,and it is not evaluated according to the characteristics and psychological state of contemporary college students,which leads to the state of extreme disorder and unsatisfactory teaching effect of Sanda course in the ordinary college physical education class.This paper studies Sanda teaching practice in colleges and universities and tries to discuss and analyze the new application of Scaffolding Teaching Mode in Colleges and universities.Through summarizing and discussing the research results and current research situation of Scaffolding Teaching Mode at home and abroad,this paper tries to discuss how to apply Scaffolding Teaching Mode well in the real teaching of Sanda.Based on the theories of Scaffolding Teaching and Sanda teaching,this paper designs teaching experiments,sets up control classes and does research according to the experiments.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The application of Scaffolding Teaching Mode in Sanda teaching in Colleges and universities is theoretically feasible.The results of this study and experimental design show that the application of Scaffolding Teaching Mode in Sanda course in Colleges and universities can achieve good teaching effect,stimulate students' interest in exploring and learning,and it is much practical.Through the Scaffolding Teaching mode,the basic boxing,leg action and wrestling techniques can be applied to tactical learning and competitive practice,and thus using knowledge construction to complete Sanda Course.(2)Sanda teaching mode in Colleges and universities has been improved because of the application of scaffolding teaching.In the exploration of current college education mode,the traditional and regular teaching mode has gradually been replaced by the more effective,scientific and reasonable teaching mode because of students' individual characteristics and the characteristics of the times.Researchers all over the world have carried out different levels of research on this subject.According to the theoretical results of constructivism,it can be found that the application of Scaffolding Teaching Model in Sanda course can change the traditional teacher-centered teaching model,take students as the main body,adapt to the development of curriculum reform and provide a rationale and practice for the exploration of higher education reform in China..Scaffolding teaching mode,as the core teaching mode under the concept of constructivism mainly stimulute students enthusiasm and subjectivity.In actual teaching,teachers set up a learning scaffold for students to let students form a subject frame and achieve the ability of understanding and digesting new knowledge.What's more,it can also improve teaching effect and help students finish sanda teaching task in a short time so as to enrich the research of sanda in colleges and universities.(3)The application of Scaffolding Teaching Mode in Sanda course can enhance students' self-learning ability.The reason why scaffolding teaching is called "scaffolding" is that it can provide students with cognitive level and let students get guidance,support and assistance so as to help learners gradually complete the relevant technical points and tactical actions,from a lower level to a higher level of ability.Success and improvement during the progress of sanda will further stimulate students' enthusiasm and prompt students to stay strong interest of sanda course.Compared to other teaching mode,scaffolding teaching mode has the unique merit that emphasizes that students are the center and main body of the whole teaching activities while teachers lead according to scaffolding so as to make the whole teaching progress curious and enhance students' enthusiasm and consciousness and self-learning ability.Such development of scaffolding teaching mode is good for students to learn more about sanda and get more learning experience.
