Innovative talents are an important source of sustainable development and market competitiveness for modern enterprises.For modern enterprises,market competition will eventually be reflected in the competition for talents.The ultimate level of competitiveness of enterprises is mainly reflected in the reserve of innovative talents,especially for scientific and technological enterprises.Only when innovative talents are effectively stimulated can they be effectively promoted to create great value and promote the development of enterprises.Telecom industry is a technology-intensive industry,and the contribution and potential value of innovative talents to the development of telecom enterprises are very large.Especially in the context of the upcoming 5G era,innovative talents in the telecom industry will play an increasingly important role and value in the sustainable development of telecom enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on innovative talents management system of telecom enterprises in the context of 5G era.Based on the 5G era Sichuan LT company's innovative talent management system as the research object,combined with the company's strategic objectives and framework and the characteristics of the 5G era,starting from the current situation of the company's talent management,through interviews with some company personnel,this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the company's talent management,and on this basis,guided by the relevant theories of talent management,designs the management system of the company's innovative talents.This paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,the research background,significance,research methods,content and research status at home and abroad are systematically expounded.Secondly,related concepts and theories are introduced.Thirdly,it introduces the general situation of Sichuan LT Company's development and the current situation of talent management,and makes a systematic analysis of the problems existing in the company's talent management.Then this paper designs the innovative talent management system of Sichuan LT Company.Then this paper takes Sichuan LT Company Industrial Internet Company as an example to verify the application of the company's innovative talent management system.Finally,the research of this paper is summarized comprehensively.
