Talent Province Strategy is a significant support of realizing he strategic goal of building a new" base, a new Shanxi, and the talent resources' appropriate expoiting and adjustment is a guanrantee to realize this strategy. After 20 years of development, Shanxi Provincial Talent Market is getting more and more recognition and attention, and the 17th National Party Congress also come up with the speeding up of construction of a unified standard human resource market strategically.
