| Along with the rapid development of China’s industry,higher education has gradually entered the stage of popularization,and the number of colleges and students and the number of students in school have continuously reached historical highs.While the number of students in colleges and universities is increasing,the proportion of poor students is also increasing.If the problem of poor students in colleges and universities cannot be effectively solved,it will affect the healthy development of college students,and will also affect the equality of educational opportunities and social equity,to the stability and development of colleges and universities.Although the party’s report on the 19 th National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to give priority to the development of education,improve the student assistance system,and introduce a series of university rescue policies and measures,there are still many problems in the process of practice,and to establish a suitable university characteristic.A scientific and reasonable rescue system is especially important.On the basis of consulting a large number of college students’ poverty relief system,this paper adopts literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,and uses educational equity theory and multi-center governance theory as the theoretical basis for the poor students of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.The rescue system conducts research.The study found that the poverty-stricken student rescue system of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology has achieved certain results,but the Western Science and Technology College’s poor student rescue system has achieved certain results,but there are also problems of poor rescue ability and poor operation.Mainly due to the state’s rescue policies and imperfect policies for poor students,the lack of funds for poor students in Jiangxi Science and Technology College and the imperfect rescue process.Based on the experience of the poor students’ rescue system in colleges and universities at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the promotion strategy of the poverty-stricken student rescue system of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,including improving the content of thepoverty-stricken student rescue system of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and improving the government’s assistance to the poor students of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.Support and increase the participation of social forces in the relief of poor students in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.This paper hopes to help the colleges and universities solve the difficulties of poverty-stricken students by studying the poverty-stricken students’ assistance system in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,ensure the fairness of education,and ensure that poor students can reduce the burden on the material and spiritual levels.The research conclusions of this paper also provide reference for other private colleges and universities to solve the problem of poverty relief. |
