Along with China’s economic and social development and industrial structure transformation and upgrading,the accommodation industry,which is one of the modern service industries,faces enormous development challenges and opportunities.In the era of consumption upgrades,traditional hotels and their services have been unable to meet the growing needs of people for a better life.In recent years,the non-standard accommodation industry,which is different from the traditional hotel and more prominent in the local cultural characteristics and humanistic feelings,has rapidly developed into a new hot spot in the market.However,at present,there is a shortage of high-quality professional talents in the homestay,and there is a lag in the professional(direction)construction and talent training of vocational colleges.Through combing the relevant theoretical basis and literature,the research methods such as investigation method,focus group method and observation method are mainly used to establish the evaluation index of the hotel’s post adaptability,and the task and capacity structure requirements of the typical postal property of the B&B are analyzed.The degree of adaptability and existing problems of professional students’ homes,put forward the improvement measures and related thinking to improve the post adaptability of secondary vocational tourism students,and lay a foundation for promoting the development of secondary vocational tourism professional courses and professional talents.First,clarify the adaptability of the post and the relevant theoretical basis and research status of the post-adaptability of secondary vocational tourism students,fully absorb the existing research perspectives and results,define and analyze relevant concepts,and establish theoretical basis and research framework.Secondly,taking the investigation and analysis of the typical post work and quality ability of the hotel as the logical starting point,aiming at the main positions such as the front desk,the housekeeper and the store manager,the paper analyzes and establishes the model of theadaptability evaluation index of the hotel.Thirdly,design a questionnaire with reliability,go deep into the research of the first-line and secondary vocational schools in B&B,and analyze the current situation of talent demand in typical residential areas and the job ability requirements of different B&B positions.Fourthly,based on the three dimensions of comprehensive appraisal,such as comprehensive quality,job skills,post ability,etc.,the ability requirements of the typical post of the B&B are analyzed,and the adaptability of the relevant post of the secondary vocational tourism students is analyzed.The study found that the secondary vocational tourism students generally have better adaptability to the front desk of the hotel;after work and practice,they can initially compete in the housekeeping work of the housekeeper;some excellent secondary vocational graduates can also be qualified as manager positions after more relevant training in relevant industries.Fifthly,aiming at the problems and main reasons of the adaptability of post-secondary tourism students’ homes,this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the development of tourism majors and curriculum reform in secondary vocational schools,with a view to promoting the effective performance of secondary vocational tourism students.Improve and better serve the urgent need for specialized talents in the development of new tourism formats. |
