With the vigorous development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in an all-round,multi-demand and diversified direction,the significance and status of special-purpose Chinese teaching in second language teaching have become increasingly prominent.As an integral part of the special-purpose Chinese language,tourism Chinese has gradually developed in the teaching of Chinese all over the world,especially in the teaching of Chinese in Vocational schools.Tourism Chinese textbooks,as an important support for tourism Chinese learners' learning and teachers' teaching,are particularly important in terms of whether the arrangement of textbooks is reasonable,whether the textbooks can meet the needs of learners,and whether the use of textbooks needs appropriate improvement.At present,there are many studies on Chinese textbooks written for learners who come to study or travel in China,but few studies have been done on Chinese textbooks written for foreign learners engaged in tourism industry,and the study on the compilation and applicability of such textbooks is also weak.In view of this,this paper combines the author's own practical experience,selects a relatively representative Nationalized Tourism Chinese textbook,i.e.Korean Vocational Senior High School Tourism Chinese Textbook "Sightseeing Chinese",to conduct a comprehensive analysis and Research on the compilation of the textbook,and carries out an investigation and Research on the use of users,combining with the Compilation Characteristics of the textbook and the survey results of the use of the textbook,to carry out a comprehensive analysis of In order to provide reference for the construction and development of Sightseeing Chinese Textbooks,the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement in the compilation and use of Sightseeing Chinese Textbooks.This paper consists of four parts:The first chapter is the preface.In the preface,the background,content and value of this paper are introduced.This paper summarizes the current situation and development of research on special purpose Chinese,tourist Chinese and Koreantourist Chinese.This paper introduces the research object,research basis,research methods and research significance,and explains the specific implementation of the questionnaire.The second chapter is about the compilation and analysis of Sightseeing Chinese.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the compilation of the textbook in terms of the whole textbook and its components.On the whole of the textbook,this paper makes a general analysis of the basic situation,structure arrangement and Compiling Characteristics of the textbook.In each part of the textbook,the text,vocabulary,grammar and exercises of the textbook are analyzed objectively,and the advantages and disadvantages of the textbook are summarized.The third chapter is the applicability analysis of Sightseeing Chinese.Starting from the current situation of Chinese teaching in Korean high schools,this paper investigates the actual situation of Chinese teaching in Jingji International Business High School,investigates and analyses the learners' learning motivation and learning needs,and sums up and analyses the applicability of the textbooks in Jingji International Business High School based on users' feedback on the use of the textbooks.Chapter four is the suggestions for the improvement of Sightseeing Chinese.From the two aspects of compiling and using the textbooks,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the compilation of the textbooks,and combines with practical teaching cases,puts forward practical suggestions for improving the use of the textbooks,with a view to improving the applicability of the Chinese textbooks for sightseeing.Through the study of the compilation and applicability of Sightseeing Chinese,the compilation of textbooks should pay attention to the needs analysis of learners,conform to the teaching objectives of tourism Chinese,follow the standards but not adhere to the outline,and develop in the way of practicing Sino-foreign cooperation in compiling.At the same time,proper selection and adjustment of textbooks can not only meet the learning needs of learners,meet the teaching requirements of teachers,but also improve the applicability of textbooks and help to achieve good learning and teaching results.
