A Practical Study On Social Work Of Family Rearing For Orphaned And Disabled Children

As the focus of social vulnerable groups and social welfare undertakings,the survival and development of orphaned and disabled children are highly concerned by the state and all sectors of society.With the continuous development of child welfare in China,the state and government begin to pay attention to the survival,education,physical and mental development of disabled children in welfare institutions.At present,there are four child-rearing modes in child welfare institutions.In order to provide better growth and living environment for orphaned and disabled children,meet children's needs for families,and at the same time make up the deficiency of institutional rearing and family foster rearing,family-like parenting mode emerges at the right moment.At the same time,domestic child welfare institutions began to respond to and call for the introduction of professional social work elements,the establishment of social work posts and the purchase of social work services,in order to improve the level and quality of raising orphaned and disabled children through the knowledge,concept and skills of social work professional services.In institutions in recent years,the social work profession rearing pattern and family foster care model in raising orphaned and disabled children's services,continuously explore and achieved certain results,to orphaned and disabled children's physical and mental health growth plays a role can not be ignored,in order to ensure the kind of family nurture orphaned and disabled children rearing effect,in social work intervention in orphaned and disabled children kind attention to the role of parenting.In this paper,with the help of children's welfare homes to carry out the internship experience in G city,in the city of G orphaned and disabled children in the children's welfare home class family rearing pattern as the research object,using the participatory observation and depth interview method to orphaned and disabled children in class family rearing pattern and its important others in the ecological system of the data collection,using attachment theory,energy theory and the theory of ecological system,according to class of disabled children in the family rearing pattern problem and needs to carry out social work professional service,at the same time,by analyzing the type of family rearing pattern orphaned and disabled children's growthenvironment,interpersonal relationship and the role of the elements of the ecosystem,For social work intervention class the whole family orphaned and disabled children practice process to carry on the summary and reflection,and then discusses the professional social work in raising orphaned and disabled children to provide services for class family service effect,the path of service and the service method,thinking orphaned and disabled children in social work practice field dilemma facing the reality,mining space in the field of social work service orphaned and disabled children,for social work can better serve the kind of family nurture orphaned and disabled children provide reference and reference significance.
