Along with the expansion of the scale of online higher education, the paradigm of the quality improvement of online higher education has changed. From the past,it has emphasized the sufficient supply of college resources and the expansion of student scale to the importance of students' learning effects directly related to student learning income. This paradigm shift is also reflected in the national policy.Since the Ministry of Education officially approved four key universities such as Tsinghua University as a pilot institution for online higher education in 1998,online higher education has entered a stage of rapid development. With the rapid expansion of enrollment in online higher education, the learning effect of students has become the focus of measurement quality improvement. In 2018,the Ministry of Education launched the "Notice on the Annual Report on the Development of Continuing Education in Colleges and Universities",which listed the learning effect of students as an indicator of the quality of continuing education in higher education institutions. So,how do you evaluate student learning outcomes? What are the factors that affect it? How do these factors work to achieve the purpose of impact?Based on the theory of institutional influence, this study attempts to study the influencing factors of learning effects by using structural equation modeling to study the network higher education students in a certain engineering college in Beijing. The results show that:(1)More than 70% of students believe that through the online higher education, their professional and professional knowledge and skills have been developed, career promotion is more hopeful, career choices are broader, and more than 70% of students believe that they are professional.Knowledge and skills,problem-solving skills havebeen improved, and the school's curriculum, school platform and teacher work are satisfied.(2)In online higher education, learning motivation,self-efficacy,behavioral participation, curriculum, learning platform, and teacher-student interaction have a significant positive impact on student learning outcomes. The order of influence is:curriculum setting(0.537),teacher-student interaction(0.217),behavioral participation(0.191),learning motivation(0.169),self-efficacy(0.146),and learning platform(0.0456).(3)There are differences in the influence paths of various influencing factors.Curriculum and self-efficacy there are two paths to the effect of students' learning. One is to directly influence the path, and the other is to indirectly influence the path of behavior participation and teacher-student interaction.Behavioral participation,teacher-student interaction is both a direct influencing factor and an intermediary adjustment. However, students' learning motivation only has a direct impact on the path. The learning platform can only indirectly influence students' learning effects through teacher-student interaction.(4)This study verifies the applicability of the influence theory of colleges and universities to the students of online higher education. The environmental factors of the colleges and the background factors of the students can have direct or indirect effects on the learning outcomes of the students.
