Research On "Use And Satisfaction" Of Mobile Phone News APP For College Students In Inner Mongolia

As a rising media form on mobile Internet communication platform,mobile news APP has broken the original media boundaries and become an important channel for users to obtain information by virtue of their own advantages.Based on the theory of "use and satisfaction" in mass communication,this paper makes a study on the use and satisfaction of mobile phone news APP for college students in Inner Mongolia by means of questionnaire,interview and literature analysis.In this paper,the existing problems of APP users' dissatisfaction with mobile news are analyzed in depth,and the corresponding rationalization suggestions are put forward.The specific contents are as follows: the first part is the analysis of the current situation of college students' basic use of mobile news APP,and the descriptive analysis of the media contact through the current situation of the user structure of the questionnaire sample.Based on the analysis of the current situation of media contact's reading preference and the correlation analysis of media contact,this paper gives an objective description of the current situation of the use of mobile phone news APP by college students in Inner Mongolia.It is concluded that the number of mobile phone news APP installed by college students in Inner Mongolia is small,the frequency of use is low,the length of use time,the preference for reading headlines and social news,the preference for the presentation of news reports with text pictures.A preference for more interesting news narratives Grid and other related use.The second part is the motivation analysis of college students' mobile news APP.Through the descriptive analysis of the use motivation and the analysis of the difference of the use motivation,it is found that the users of college students in Inner Mongolia tend to use the mobile news APP to obtain the news information.Practical information and leisure are less motivated to socialize and express personal opinions using mobile news APP.The third part is the satisfaction analysis of college students using mobile news APP.Through theinvestigation and analysis of satisfaction degree,this paper enumerates the existing problems of mobile phone news APP,and from the content quality,news authenticity,advertising implantation,innovative technology,user privacy.Put forward suggestions for improvement in the following aspects.To sum up,this paper aims to make a practical description of the "use and satisfaction" of mobile news APP for college students in Inner Mongolia through the investigation of the use of news APP in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.On this basis,a relatively objective analysis is carried out to summarize the characteristics,and according to the actual situation of the mobile news APP to make further development of the rationalization recommendations.This study is not limited to the description of the phenomenon of investigation,but pay more attention to explore the underlying causes of the phenomenon through scientific analysis,and strive to make the overall study as comprehensive,systematic and in-depth as possible.In order to provide some reference value for the future development and research of mobile news APP,At the same time,it is also of practical significance for college students in Inner Mongolia to use news APP correctly and how to improve their media literacy in the new media era.
