Discussion On The Construction Of Hospital Children's Sunshine Ward Under The Perspective Of Social Work

Children are the future of the country and the hope of the nation.It is also the focus of the whole society.Every child should enjoy a happy childhood and should not be deprived of his or her rights by illness or hospitalization.This thesis adopts the method of field investigation.Analysis of the existing problems in the care of hospitalized children from the perspective of social work,and explore the necessity and possibility of social work intervention in the pediatric inpatient Department of hospital.Research findings most of the studies on hospitalized children were analyzed from the perspective of medical health,nursing,and psychology.And the scope is mainly related to the causes of children's illness,treatment methods,nursing methods and psychological interventions.The focus of the study was on the immediate problems of sick children.However,there are still some gaps in the study of the social function loss and social adaptation of sick children due to hospitalization.From the angle of medical social work,this study explores and practices the construction of sunshine ward for inpatient children using the group working method of social work.The purpose of research is to provide more professional social support for hospitalized children and lay a solid foundation for their adaptation during hospitalization and discharge.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.It briefly introduces the research purpose and significance of the research,the literature review,the definition of the concepts involved,and the research methods and theoretical basis used in the practical process.The second part introduces the general situation of the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The third part is the difficulty and advantage analysis of social work intervention in the construction of sunshine ward;The fourth part is the attempt of social work role integration in the construction of sunshine ward.The fifth part is to reflect on the social work integration in the construction of children's sunshine ward after the end of practice,and to analyze the strategy research to promote the integration of social work role into the construction of children's sunshine ward.The author believes that it is necessary to explore and study the involvement of medical social workers in the hospitalization of children.To find out the problems in the hospital and to find the possibility of solving them from the perspective of social work,it is necessary for social work to intervene in children's medical social workers.
