In the era with the rapid development of information technology and Internet technology,approaches to acquire knowledge are not limited to the traditional classroom,and the form and way of learning have also been greatly changed.Based on Internet technology,with micro course and massive open online course(MOOC)as carriers,the flipped classroom promotes the change of teaching relationship in traditional classroom,extends the space-time and field of teaching and learning,facilitates the classroom to be no longer confined to single-dimensional,static and plane model,and gradually transforms the teaching and learning to multidimensional,dynamic and stereoscopic model.However,with the deepening of the research on MOOC,many problems are found during the learning process in MOOC.Therefore,small private online course(SPOC)emerges with its unique advantages of small but essential.As the flipped classroom teaching model based on SPOC can well combine the advantages of offline and online teaching,conform to the characteristics of the era of “Internet + education” and innovate the concept of education and teaching,it has become the hotspot of research.Based on the constructivism learning theory,zone of proximal development theory,ubiquitous learning theory,and connectivism learning theory,this study designed and constructed a SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model suitable for the characteristics of students in our school,and applied this model to the practical teaching of Computer Organization.Through the analysis and evaluation of teaching effectiveness,the existing problems of this model were explored and corresponding improvements and amendments were made.This study will be carried out from the following four aspects.Firstly,by consulting and analyzing relevant literature,the relevant academic concepts such as MOOC,SPOC,and flipped classroom are studied and defined,the current status of theoretical research on MOOC,SPOC and flipped classroom at home and abroad is analyzed,thereby determining the research scheme.Secondly,by combining the current SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model and related research with some design principles for teaching model,a SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model is designed based on elements of a relatively complete and systematic teaching model including theoretical basis,teaching objectives,implementation conditions,operating procedures,and teaching evaluation.Thirdly,with the course of Computer Organization in the Inner Mongolia Normal University as an example,teaching practice is carried out based on the in-depth analysis of learning objects,teaching objectives,learning contents and learning environment.Then,teaching effectiveness is evaluated in terms of the learning process and results,students' satisfaction,teachers' and students' opinions,etc.Fourthly,according to the implementation process of teaching and the evaluation results of teaching effectiveness,the shortcomings and problems of this teaching model are explored and analyzed,and suggestions for amendment and improvement of this teaching model are proposed.
