Due to the differences between cultural life and unbalance of economic development in rural and urban areas,students have no highly interest and lack of confidence in biology class.This is common problems.With the deeply study of Dashizhai Mongolian Junior High School students,the author found a situational,practical teaching method to stimulate the students' interest in learning biology.From the second term in 2018,the author made a questional servy to the seventh-grade students of two classes.To master present stage of current situation and trait of students' interest in biology class and found the reason of effect.The servy showed that: because of the economical fall behind,lack off ful-time teacher and financial support,the school have no highly attention to biology class etc.the position of biology teaching is so weak.So as to the students lack of confidence and motivation.Although teachers use the student-centered teaching method in class,trayin to improve the students' interest,most of the students also have lower recognition to biological,lack of interest and independent thinking ability.They always relay on teacher's explaining and learning by themselves rarely in spare time.In allusion to the problem above,author use “the application of situational teaching mode in junior high school biology class” in biology class to educational practice.At the beginning and end of the semester,students in the experimental and comparison classes were investigated and tested before and after the biology class' s interest in learning and biological grade.The results showed that at the beginning of the semester,42.1% and 37.8% of the students in the experimental and comparisons classes have intereste in biology classes,after a semester of practice,the proportion of students interested in biology classes in the experimental class rose to 89.5%,the comparison class is 38.2%,almost no changing.The test results showed that the pass rates of the experimental and comparison classe in the pre-test were 39% and 38%,respectively.After the practice,the pass rate of the experimental class in the post-test was increased to 58%,while the control class was similar to the previous test results.Through practice,the students in the experimental class have improved their interest in biology and their biological achievements to varying degrees.To this end,the author's experience is: First,in teaching,we must know that the teaching methods must be have tconection with the real life to improve students' ability to explore and learn.Second,focus on students' cooperative learning,creating multiple teaching situations is benefit of improving Student biology class learning interest.
