Classroom teaching is the basic approach to the implementation of the curriculum,and the implementation of the curriculum is the core link of the curriculum reform.Although China's new round of basic education curriculum reform is nearing completion,but the research and reflection on the reform has never stopped,reflection on how to make classroom teaching more effective will not stop,so how to put the advanced teaching concept into daily teaching has become teachers and teaching management's attention.Since the implementation of China's new basic education curriculum reform,ideas,methods,patterns emerge in an endless stream of curriculum reform,the various profound theories often lingering in our ears,different regions and schools,and even some teachers have put forward personal ideas and methods of the reform of classroom teaching mode,and named after as a model,such as "Dulangkou teaching mode","Yang Si teaching mode","Flipped classroom mode","Learning before teaching" and "learning to teaching " and so on.Which one is better? I think each one has his good points,but a good model should be based on local conditions,teachers and their needs.This paper uses the survey,interviews and other research methods,taking No.21 middle school of Hohhot as an example.Firstly we studied the new trends of domestic,foreign teaching reform,reform achievements and enlightenment,introduced the teaching reform background and problems of No.21 middle school of Hohhot.Secondly we had investigation on interviews of teachers and students in the process of reform by survey.By looking up a lot of information,and visiting dozens of teachers and going to class,we put forward a new idea about teaching reform of No.21 middle school of Hohhot.In the new era,with the acceleration of economic globalization andthe fierce competition between education and talents,all countries in the world have entered the wave of educational reform.In 2001,China promulgated the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial Implementation).In 2010,China promulgated the Outline of National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020).It launched a "Deepening Education Reform and Promoting Competence Education " The reform of basic education curriculum and teaching aiming at quality education.Classroom teaching reform is a systematic project.In order to succeed in the reform of basic education,we must base ourselves on the reform of classroom teaching,set up the concept of classroom education and classroom teaching methods in line with the actual situation of our school,cultivate the students' ability of independent learning,teach them to think,and enable them to acquire the ability of facing future development.Only in this way can our new curriculum reform achieve the desired goal.
