Future time perspective refers to the relationship between current behavior and future goals,the connection between individual plans and future expectations,and the relationship between individual perceptions of the future and future emotional expressions(positive or negative attitudes toward the future).Self-regulated learning refers to the process in which learners actively use meta-cognitive strategies to maintain their learning life and is considered to be an important factor influencing students' academic performance.Achievement goal refers to the combination of cognitive and emotional factors,which is a state of desire formed by the mind in the process of individual pursuit of achievement,and is regarded as the inevitable factor of the individual's future success.Since the 1980 s,two variables,self-regulated learning and achievement goal orientation,have gradually become the focus of research in educational psychology and learning psychology.Relevant research shows that interventions based on future time insight theory play an important role in the improvement of self-regulated learning and achievement goal orientation.Based on the relevant content of future time insights,this study recruited students in the first grade of a junior high school in Jilin,and conducted a one-on-one intervention on the students in the intervention group to improve the future time of junior high school students.Force,self-regulated learning,and achievement goal orientation.The purpose is to explore future time insights from different perspectives based on observations through one-on-one intervention training for students.The basic questions revolve around the development of middle school students' insights into the future and the impact of future time insights on self-regulation and achievement goal orientation.At the same time,it provides guidance for middle school teachers on how to promote students' academic performance and individual health development.The research results are as follows:1.The training of junior high school students' insight into the future time significantly improves the insights of the intervention group's future time;2.The training of junior high school students' future time insights has promoted the improvement of self-regulated learning ability of intervention group students;3.The training of the junior high school students' future time insights has made the intervention group's performance close to the goal and grasp the approaching goal have significantly improved.
