| Since the 1980 s,countries all over the world have entered a new round of large-scale education reform,making the global education movement show similar characteristics and certain trends.Western countries,represented by the United States to enter the centralised education management system reform,the emphasis on the regulation of the central government to the education and the control,will be in the central of leading education issued curriculum standard,strict management of the implementation of the teaching course,attaches great importance to the education performance,in strict accordance with the performance criteria will be underperforming teachers and school dismissal or shut down.In addition to these paths of reform,the unique Finnish path has created a new form,the path of specialization,also known as the fourth path,which emphasizes trust in professionals and returns the right to education and management to professional educators.In addition,since the first PISA test,Finland has achieved excellent results many times,which has attracted close attention from international educators and scholars,and countries have successively visited Finland to visit the reasons for the success of education.According to the education research and analysis of Finland since the 1970 s,it can be seen that under the background of decentralization,it has been infiltrated and guided by the road of specialization,and the management of schools gradually shows the characteristics of specialization.What are the specialization characteristics of school management? How is the professional management model formed and developed? And why can Finland form a professional management model in school management?
