With the change of the times,the development of the society and the transformation of the economic system and social system,more and more attention have been paid to the development of sports in the world.Since the establishment of China to reform and opening up,the market operation rules for sequential,imperative competitive sports market reform.Among them,the reform of sports events is the most important part of the reform of the professional sports club.Since 1992,China has carried out reform and occupation of the club,the three big ball as the occupation reform pioneer team,basketball,football club reform occupation effectiveness significantly,as only three balls in Volleyball in the Olympic Games and other major events on the champion athletics project,is not optimistic about the development trend of occupation since reform since 1996.But the coach was founded in 2009 by Evergrande Real Estate Group Leader Lang Ping evergrande women's volleyball club to break the traditional model of domestic coach,implement responsibility system management mode,initiated the first entirely by the enterprise to operate independently of the volleyball club,to obtain a good competition at home and abroad on the results of the period.In 2014,in order to explore new ideas for the development of Guangdong volleyball reform,Evergrande women and the Guangdong women's volleyball team jointly funded with the Guangdong evergrande women's volleyball club,with the government management mode,however,competition results did not reach the ideal level,by 2012 the domestic volleyball league championship to the bottom to downgrade.This article mainly aims at the Guangdong evergrande women's volleyball team in the first occupation of management and professional operation of the market system reached the peak to the combination of Chinese volleyball now forced to downgrade the phenomenon of in-depth study and research,find out the root of the problem.Through literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,mainly for the past two years with the Guangdong team evergrande merger,a systematic study based on the current management situation of the enterprise with the following conclusions:(1)The lack of communication and coordination between the government and enterprise management mode and coordination,there is a gap in the team management.(2)At the present stage,there are some problems in the management of the club,the division of labor is not clear,the lack of communication between the two sides,the lack of management experience.(3)The current situation of the management of Guangdong evergrande women's volleyball club is not very good,the expenditure is greater than the income and expenditure,and the source of funds is relatively single.(4)Guangdong evergrande women's volleyball team echelon construction,the construction of reserve talents,Athletes incentive mechanism and the introduction of foreign aid development trend is not optimistic.(5)The external factors,the internal factors of the club and the athletes themselves are the main factors that influence the athletes' training and competition,and to achieve the desired results,we should pay attention to the joint efforts of the three.(6)There is not a strict selection system for the selection of coaches,the sports team has not a professional research team,and at the very least,it is used in training.(7)Analysis of factors influencing the development of Guangdong evergrande women's volleyball club,should pay attention to the combination of internal and external factors to promote the development of the club,only two factors promote each other and cooperate with each other to promote the club towards sustainable development.(8)The Guangdong evergrande Women Volleyball Club combining the management with the government should find out its shortcomings on the basis of the management model at the present stage,give full play to its advantages,and explore and advance continuously so as to make the club develop in a sustainable direction.Finally,according to the current situation of the development of Guangdong evergrande women's volleyball club,the author puts forward some constructive suggestions on the operation and management mode,so as to provide valuable reference for the future development of the club.
