Online teacher studio as an important carrier of promoting professional development of teachers in the information age,create a E-learning space of resource sharing and communicating for teacher,play a major role in teacher's research.At present,we discovered teacher's research exist some low efficiency phenomena in online teacher studio,through observe operation status of Zhejiang online teacher studio,stop it from playing a major role in promoting professional development of teachersFirstly,this study used the literature research,summarized the current research status of professional development of teachers,online teacher studio and research of the members and illustrates the basic theories of designing research of the members Secondly,for further clarify research questions.this study developed a questionnaire and surveyed teacher's research present situation in Zhejiang online teacher studio Thirdly,based on the SECI model,this paper illustrates the types of teacher's research,reveals the knowledge transfer principles behind all kinds of teacher's research.the study put forward four basic type of teacher's research based on four-dimension structure,socialization,externalization,combination and internalization.And guided by cognitive apprenticeship and blended learning,illustrates two basic principles for teacher's research in online teacher studio,based on activity theory,this study illustrates activity elements of research,meanwhile.And on this basis,this study summarizes the patterns of research design for online teacher studio.Finally,with the platform of Zhejiang online teacher studio,analyze the effect of the patterns of research design for online teacher studioThe study put forward four basic types of teacher's research based on SECI model and the patterns of research design for online teacher studio.The results suggest that it's feasible based on the model of research design,participants accomplished reflection and knowledge of the output process,activity process reflect a meaningful learning process,meaningful guidance,clarity expression and reflection and reflect Blended learning well.
