| The assessment and evaluation of college teachers is an important content of school personnel system management,and the basic basis for selecting,appointing,paying,rewarding and punishing teachers.College teacher assessment and evaluation policy is the "baton" for effective management of teachers in colleges and universities.With the in-depth reform of higher education,it has important significance and fundamental influence on education quality,teaching reform,scientific and technological progress and social services.In this paper the author,on the basis of three years of study,using the theory of learned knowledge,the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities-on a local hetao college as an example,to the teacher evaluation as the breakthrough point,study to explore the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities teachers assess compliance,experience and practice,the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities and puts forward some place under the background of its education reform and the transformation development countermeasures of faculty performance evaluation,the represented by hetao college this year to the development of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities teachers construction provide beneficial guidance.In this paper,from the reality of hetao college teachers’ management,through the evaluation,analysis of the current situation of teachers’ evaluation system to study the teachers that exist in the system level,operation level,such as evaluation system problems,the evaluation process and supervision problems,using assessment issues,and analyzes the system and mechanism,evaluation idea,degree of evaluation system of perfect and other reasons.In hetao college teachers evaluation system analysis the existing problems and their causes,learn from advanced experience and reference for other similar advanced universities,the hetao college faculty performance evaluation suit their own practical countermeasures and Suggestions are given: we will accelerate the establishment of a modern university governance system,the learning evaluation in colleges and universities will now experience at home and abroad for reference,from ethics evaluation,performance evaluation,scientific research,service,social evaluation,teacher evaluation of their own development,to establish all kinds of evaluation linkage mechanism and so on complete science faculty performance evaluation system. |
