Research On Optimizing The Teachers' Performance Evaluation System Of H College

Colleges of higher learning are the forefront to implement the strategies of rejuvenating the country through science and education and reinvigorating China through human resource development. To carry out the two strategies, we must innovate the talents management mechanism, deepen the reform of personnel system, complete the talent evaluation, selection,appointment, stimulating and security mechanism with morality, ability and performance as the orientation, and establish a comprehensive talent evaluation system that accords with the requirements of scientific outlook on development. Therefore, it is particularly important to construct application-oriented private colleges of higher learning and improve the teachers'performance evaluation system in the new era.While constructing private application-oriented colleges of higher learning and improving the teachers' performance evaluation system, the paper firstly confirms relevant theoretical concepts, theoretical development and concrete theoretical elements. By analyzing the development status of the teachers' performance evaluation system of H College, the paper presents problems faced by the teachers' performance evaluation system of private application-oriented colleges of higher learning in China. Combining those external and internal elements, the paper designs specific principles, indexes, mechanisms, comparative evaluation, and application etc. to optimize the teachers' performance evaluation system of private application-oriented colleges of higher learning. In the end,the paper comes up with constructive suggestions to strengthen the teachers' performance evaluation system of H College from three aspects, namely establishing and completing the teachers' performance evaluation system,selecting reasonable methods to evaluate teachers'performance,constantly improving the teachers' performance evaluation system.
