In recent years,with the acceleration of industrial upgrading and transformation,the phenomenon of migrant workers return home jobs have become increasingly prominent.One way to promote the return of migrant workers to better jobs,in essence,is to solve the problem of farmers' income from the "three rural" range.In this paper,literature research,normative analysis and systems analysis and other methods,to Inner Mongolia for the study,the first from the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,human capital theory,the theory of social space,public service-oriented government and migrant workers re-employment issues related to the theoretical overview of the current research were reviewed,based on the survey results,the employment of migrant workers in Inner Mongolia and the main features of their return,described the return of migrant workers again Inner Mongolia employment policies and initiatives put forward under the public service Government Perspective Inner Mongolia migrant workers re-employment problems and the reasons,the final proposal of building to promote the re-employment of migrant workers return home Suggestions public service Government Perspective.On the basis of investigation,this paper analyzes the social characteristics,group characteristics,behavior characteristics and gender characteristics of migrant workers in Inner Mongolia,analyzes the employment situation of migrant workers from three aspects: employment quantity,employment type and employment way;The factors influencing the reemployment of migrant workers,including personal factors,family factors,ability factors,environmental factors and policy factors,summed up the relevant policies and measures put forward by the Inner Mongolia government and relevant departments for the employment of returning migrant workers,Which mainly includes the training and education,the encouragement of returning home to start business,strengthen the construction of service platform and provide financial services.The problems and causes of reemployment of migrant workers in Inner Mongolia are analyzed from three aspects: industry,system and group.Suggestions on Promoting the Reemployment of Rural Migrant Workers from the Perspective of Government.
