The Research On The Entrepreneurship Barriers Of College Students

The Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of “promoting job creation to create more employment opportunities”.Entrepreneurship has become a significant way to solve the employment problems.The government and the university have taken various measures to relieve the severe employment situation and ensure more college students to find a job.How to ensure more students to graduate from school smoothly and how to stimulate them to do pioneering work have become the focus and hot issues of the society.Although the college students' entrepreneurial passion has been stimulated under some comprehensive factors,college students' entrepreneurial participation rate is still seldom.In the face of the challenges of the times,how to solve the difficulties of entrepreneurship,improve the participation rate of the entrepreneurship and the ability of the students have become the national level issues.At the same time,the research of the entrepreneurship barriers of the students is still scarce.Thus,this paper establishes the theme of college students' entrepreneurship barriers.Based on Marx's theory of labor commodity,employment theory,practice theory,human's all-round development theory,internal and external relations theory,this paper makes an empirical study on the obstruction,the constituent elements,the causes and solutions of college students' entrepreneurship.Through the investigation and empirical analysis of the college students in a university in Wuhan,it is concluded that lacking of funds,community resource,education,team,atmosphere,policy is the main objective factors and lacking of ability,consciousness,spirit,confidence,idea is the subjective obstacles.The biggest objective obstacles is the lack of funds and the biggest subjective obstacles is the ability.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the subjective and objective factors of entrepreneurship.From the perspective of financial support,it is necessary to improve the support system of venture capital,cultivate diversified venture capital and create financial support platform.In the view of college entrepreneurship education,the college must set an independent work institutions,improve the entrepreneurial education curriculum system,establish some personalized teaching methods,strength the construction of teachers and build an entrepreneurial practice platform.From the point of the culture,it is desperate to lead the social entrepreneurial value orientation,create a social entrepreneurial culture atmosphere and build a comprehensive social platform.Last but not least,the students must wake up their own entrepreneurship awareness,improve the ability and comprehensive quality of the entrepreneurship and innovation.
