| Teaching Chinese language in Thailand has been developed for 10 years.There are more Chinese volunteers who came to Thailand to teach Chinese which help solve the tense situation of not enough teacher for Chinese.However,these volunteers faced many tough challenges.According to the researches,the cause of the problem was created both directly and indirectly from instructors;for instance,they lack teaching quality.Teachers must have proper quality in order to solve the problem because it is the key of these consequences.The above mentioned cause led the author to interview both Thai and Chinese instructors who teaches Chinese language about the situation in Thailand.Moreover,the author researched the recent Chinese and international documents about the Chinese instruction problem and its solution.The author taught the students in Suksanareewittaya Middle School so as to understand problem and the studying condition of students.After screening and sorting out the survey materials,the author found out that one of the major problems about teaching Chinese language in Thailand are the shortage of teachers and low quality of teachers,such as unreasonable knowledge structure,inadequate cultural vision,low professional theoretical level,weak language ability and misunderstanding difficulties that teachers who teach the Chinese language faced in the practice teaching are mainly the difficulties of language conversion,cultural exchange,adapting to the environment,grasping the content of teaching materials,choosing teaching methods,and communicating and cooperating with colleagues.This thesis focuses on the two solution,there are self-education of Chinese language teachers and the establishment of training platform in schools.It provides some suggestions to solve the problems,such as strengthening self-cultivation,correcting subjective attitude,actively seeking cooperation and support,familiarizing with teaching path,avoiding of misunderstanding,exerting subjective initiative,and constantly summing up experience and lessons. |
