In this paper,we use literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and comparative analysis to probe its Status and predicament,in addition to this,we establishment binary logic regression model,do detailed analysis of the impact of the postgraduates' part-time job on their employment.We found that:Most postgraduates have willingness to take prat in part-time job,and they put it into practice.The part-time jobs of postgraduates are characterized by advanced technology,narrow channel of getting information,heavy labor intensity,closely professional relevanceand considerable income.Meanwhile,motivation of doing part-time job multiple,which mainly from employment pressure,economic pressure,and Some postgraduates need it for realizing the self-worth.The reasons for the part-time job of postgraduates are diverse,Among them,employment pressure and economic pressure are the main reasons.But there are still have some difficulties,Such as conflict with the academic,conflict with the psychological,conflict with the school training objectives,and the conflict with the mentor.Among the many factors of the affect employment of postgraduates,the relevance with the Part-time job?whether to expand the interpersonal circle,whether to improve personal ability to produce a significant positive impact on employment,part-time negative impact on employment,The impact of part-time whether to get more income for employment is not significant.Therefore,it is reasonable and necessary for the postgraduates to participate in part-time work during the school.Reasonable part-time can promote their employment,but excessive part-time but not conducive to employment.Therefore,the scientific and rational choice of part-time work balance the relationship between part-time and academic,clear part-time motivation to improve part-time employment effect is important.This requires not only colleges and universities to graduate students part-time reasonable guidance and control,but also graduate students and the joint efforts of the government,so as to play its positive role.
