The innovation and development of information technology have quietly changed the way of educating and learning.The traditional teaching mode,a way of instilling children based on one-way-teaching,is gradually transferred to the paradigm of informational-teaching.The multimedia interactive teaching is attracted by children and educators due to strong interactions,strong immersions and large capacitys.As a new technical means in multimedia interaction,face recognition has many advantages such as interactive nature,non-compulsion and non-contact.And it has been widely used in various fields,and becomes one of the hottest topics in the field of children's educations.Considering problems such as the dull teaching contents,the single way of learning and the lack of high quality informational education resources,this subject takes the preschool and primary school children as the research objects.Obtaining the first hand information of children's learning and informational-teaching from observations and field interviews,the paper analyzes the characteristics and the related factors of learning,and then explores the deep needs of children's learning and teaching.By the guidance of human-computer interaction and interactive learning theory,and in the support of face recognition technology,the design of interactive learning system is studied from the learning target layer,the functional layer,the human-computer interaction layer,the visual expression layer and the technology implementation layer via the principles of product hierarchy design.And then according to the characteristics of the children's physiological and psychological developments,the learning goals,the learning contents and the learning processes of interactive learning system are established.Besides,the model of the children's interactive learning system is designed based on face recognition,and the application design and implementation of the "Big Lesson Hall" system is carried out.On these basis,the usability and evaluation of the application system has been verified the feasibility of the system and the effectiveness of the method.The inner driving force of the children's participations in the learning process is improved by the human-computer interactive learning mode based on face recognition,and the initiative and enthusiasm of the children's learning are enhanced.This study designs an interactive learning system for children based on face recognition,and develops the digital learning resources.With a high degree of real-time interaction and immersion,it brings new interactive learning experience to children,and realizes personalized learning and enhances the learning entertainments.At the same time,this study is a meaningful exploration that is the integration of children's learning methods and information technology,and provides a new idea for the design and creation of educational information resources.
