| Urban and rural teacher rotation communication within the county is an important measure in the current construction of the teacher team.This research uses questionnaires and interviews and other research methods to investigate the willingness of teachers in rotation in Yunnan Province and the status of job development during rotation.The status of teachers rotation in Yunnan Province is grasped,and teachers’ rotation policy itself and its implementation are analyzed.Problems and propose improvements.Specifically,the paper is divided into the following five sections.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the reasons for choosing the topic and its significance,concept definition,literature review,research methods and research process.The second chapter is a sample survey of the status quo of teachers’ willingness for job rotation in Yunnan Province.It includes two parts: the overall status of teacher rotation willingness in Yunnan Province and the factors affecting rotation intention.A survey of the overall status of teachers’ willingness to change job rotations found that teachers’ willingness to switch jobs is generally not strong,showing two trends:“near-city” and “near-home”,and the group differences are significant.Development is the most important motivation for teachers to participate in rotation;promotion of self is an important motive for teachers to participate in rotation;some teachers participate in rotation to solve the investigation findings of couples living apart or in different places on teachers’ rotational concerns.The inability to take care of families and children is The main concerns of teachers participating in rotation.The location of the rotation is far from home,the traffic is inconvenient,the teaching environment is difficult to adapt to,the work burden,the rotational school lacks humanistic care,and sending out the pressure on the relationship between the school and the competitive pressure all affect the willingness of teachers to rotate.The third chapter is a sample survey of the status quo of job rotation teachers in Yunnan Province,including two aspects of the status of job rotation teachers in Yunnan Province and its influencing factors.A survey on the status of the work of rotation teachers found that rotation teachers carried out teaching work according to the conditions of their students,participated in teacher professional developmentactivities such as class assessment,participated in collective lesson preparation,formulated teaching plans,and participated in teacher activities held in the county.Communicate with parents about student learning.A survey on the influencing factors of the rotational work of rotation teachers found that students’ differences in student source,interpersonal relationship in rotation schools,support status of rotation school leaders,and personal initiative of rotation teachers affect their work.In the fourth chapter,based on an in-depth analysis of the first two chapters,a study of the teacher rotation policy itself and the issues faced during its implementation found that the rotation policy itself has the following problems: the rotation arrangements did not consider regional differences.Indicators are too rigid;rotation policy lacks flexibility;counties lack creativity in the formulation of implementation plans;rotation policies lack appraisal of the effectiveness of rotation jobs;rotation protection policies mainly include punishments and lack of rotation among senior high school teachers.The following problems were encountered in the design and necessary support for the rotation policy implementation process: policy publicity is not in place;lack of necessary training before rotation;lack of humanistic care in the implementation of the selection mechanism;lack of support for follow-up policies and outflow of teachers from outstanding urban teachers.There are also obvious problems of utilitarian rotation,lack of initiative in rotation of middle-and-old rotation teachers,and limited overall role of rotation teachers.The fifth chapter proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the predicament of the rotation of teachers.According to the nature of the rotation policy,it should establish the nearest rotation mechanism based on the characteristics of natural geography;pay attention to the evaluation of the rotation effect,build a rotation evaluation system,and establish a sound Incentive measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers for rotation;to establish differentiated interest compensation mechanisms and to regulate the selection process for rotation teachers according to geographical location of rotation schools,and to respect the choice of rotation teachers for the implementation of rotation policy,should be added Major policy publicity to enhance teachers’ sense of responsibility and mission in taking part in job rotation;strengthen pre-post training and improve the practical ability of rotation teachers;innovate rotation forms and promote the continuity of the implementation of rotation
