Work-life Balance:Research On The Team Of Consultants In An Overseas Educational Company

Every individual has to face the two most important questions in each one ’s life: work and family.With the rapid development of globalization and informationization,the pace of people’s life is becoming more and more fast,working pressure is increasingly heavy,the line between work and life is becoming more and more ambiguous.Too much work make empl oyees have no more spare energy to balance their families,unable to make different roles conversion between work and life.To some extend,this leads to the deduction of work satisfaction,the surge in job burnout and even the tendency to resign.Thus,how to let consultants who work in overseas educational company that achieve the balance of work and family,how to take the measures of work and life balance in action,and then make the team of consultants to achieve the optimization of both creativity and development is a need to focus on studying this topic.This thesis was based on an Overseas Educational Company that the author once worked for.According to the author ’s investigation,mainly used the issuance of questionnaire and semi-structured interview methods,analyzed a series of problems of work and life balance that indicate in the team of consultants in this Overseas Educational Company,including the conflict between work and life,the loaded working assignment,the constrained working environment,etc.In this thesis,the author focuses on studying,analyzing and diagnosing a series of problems that indicated in the team of consultants in this Overseas Educational Company,based on the theory of work life balance,putting forward a set of both scientific and reasonable measures for the team of consultants in this Overseas Educational Company,thus providing feasible suggestions for human resource department in this Overseas Educational Company.What’s more,the author also hopes to provide practical suggestions to those overseas educational companies who faced the same problems with this Overseas Educational Company which the author researched on.
