From the perspective of the current macro environment of the market,talent is the core competitiveness of enterprise development,and all walks of life need experienced mid-to high-end talents,whether it is a leading company in the industry or a unicorn company,the company increases the budget for talent recruitment.More and more companies are willing to pay recruitment fees to acquire talents and start recruiting by recruiting headhunters.Therefore,the demand for and dependence on professional headhunting companies is increasing.For headhunters,the market prospects are promising.In this context,headhunting companies have increasingly higher requirements for their own employees,that is,headhunting consultants,especially the competence and character of headhunting consultants.Headhunting consultants,as the core resources of headhunting companies,are also headhunting companies.The core competitiveness of the headhunting company and the main profit of the headhunting company depends on the headhunting consultant to achieve,so for the headhunting company,the competence quality and character ability of the headhunting consultant are very important.Based on YH headhunting company as the research object,this thesis through to the introduction of YH company introduction and headhunting consultants,identified by means of literature review and interviews competence quality index of the headhunting consultant and design the questionnaire,and the competence indicators can be divided into basic quality,attitude,project management and the personality traits that four dimensions.Using SPSS software for reliability and validity analysis of survey data,the analysis results prove the feasibility of the questionnaire,the follow-up test using factor analysis,through the KMO value and spherical calculation,conform to the dimensions of extraction conditions,and then extract the main factors,and build the competency model of YH company executive search consultant.Under the competency model,the DISC personality assessment tool is applied in several important links of the selection,training and salary performance management of the headhunting consultants,which effectively improves the competency quality of the consultants of YH Company.Through the construction and application of the competency model of YH company’s consultants,this thesis improves the competency of headhunting consultants,and hopes to provide reference for the problems of headhunting companies with rapid development at present.
