Since the end of last century,social science and economy have developed rapidly,and mankind has entered the era of economic globalization.As the change of science and technology change quickly,increasing demand for talent for the human society,at the same time on the talent requirements also more and more high,which is associated with the continuous improvement of social requirements for educators,education industry of the era of globalization.Based on the change of talent demand,countries around the world have carried out education reform to train new talents to meet their own development needs and enhance their comprehensive national strength.Under this background,our country also carried out the curriculum standard reform.National curriculum standard is to write teaching materials,education teaching evaluation,and on the basis of evaluating student learning outcomes,the exam is one of the most conventional detection student learning outcomes and educators teaching should meet the national curriculum standards,exam questions in accordance with the national curriculum standard is the key to the success of curriculum reform.Only the two together,can effective play to the guiding function of exam,inspire teachers to carry out the curriculum standard of education teaching activities,the curriculum standard implementation in classroom teaching,realize the goal of national curriculum reform.This study draws on the analysis model of the conformity of American curriculum standards and academic evaluation.According to the city's economic development level and the level of education is different,a random sample of the three cities of hunan province in the chemical test,a preliminary analysis of these three years from 2015 to 2017 in hunan chemistry test with the national ministry of education promulgated the "full-time compulsory education chemistry curriculum standard(experiment draft)" the degree of match between.Research mainly divided into three parts:one is the literature,to determine the chemical test and curriculum standard consistency analysis,coding method,the content of the building in conformity with the chemistry discipline theme and cognitive level of two-dimensional matrix table;Two is the study of examination paper in hunan and curriculum standard consistency level characteristics,examination paper in hunan in recent 3 years and the curriculum standard for encoding,and calculate the Porter consistency coefficient of the two,calculated the consistency of the two level;Three is the examination paper in hunan and curriculum standards from the conternt of knowledge and cognitive level distribution analysis of the consistency of the two level,transverse and longitudinal contrast the differences between the two,in general,the comparative analysis of both the differences.The results show that there is no significant agreement between the chemistry test and the chemistry curriculum standards in hunan province in the last three years.
