Mathematics competition in junior middle school can not only improve students' enthusiasm in learning mathematics,but also help to find and cultivate mathematical talents,so as to prepare for China's participation in the international Olympic Games.Mathematics competition in junior middle school is of great benefit to the development of logic,thinking and inn ovation of junior middle school students,and also to improve teaching quality.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to carry out the teaching work of mathematics competition in junior middle school.This article has carried on the research to the junior middle school mathematics competition's teaching strategy.First of all,this article summarizes the development of math competition's development history,purpose and content through the literature research,case study and narrative research.Secondly,through interviews,the author thinks about the implementation of mathematics competition from three aspects: the lack of student selection system,the employment status of teachers,and the random selection of competition textbooks.Thirdly,in view of improving the system of studentselection,the standard of teacher employment,appropriate supporting teaching material and really doing improvement on treatment of competition teachers.Finally,on the basis of concrete cases,it puts forward the main strategies of junior middle school mathematics competition,which include high efficient preparing lesson strategy,elaborate teaching strategy,and effectively guiding students' self-study.
