| Nowadays,the traditional education model has exposed more and more problems,no matter from the process of cultivation or from the result of cultivation.And our education should cultivate students’ ability to solve problems and cultivate their practical ability.Faced with various problems exposed in traditional education over the years,various reforms have been carried out in the field of education.All over the country,there are new educational reform models such as the "10+35" model of Shandong Dulangkou Middle School,the "271" model of Chandong Changle second high school,the "big class in circulation" model of Shandong Yanzhou first high school,and the "big unit teaching" model of Hebei Weichang Tianhui middle school.Among these new educational reform models,there are more or less places worthy of learning.Some of these new educational reform models have even been imitated by schools all over the country,making a name for themselves.In the context that the educational circle is trying to solve the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode in various ways and make education better,"Natural Division" Mode is put forward.The "Natural Division" Mode is one of many new teaching reform modes.It was proposed by professor Chuanwu Xiong,a doctoral supervisor and professor of East China Normal University.The so-called NaturalDivision is the teaching theory and practice form that “teachers let the teaching task naturally divide along with the difference of students’ academic ability and guide students to study and solve learning problems".This paper based on my feeling in using herself when using the "Natural Division" mode,my colleagues’ practices and feeling in using "Natural Division" mode,and students’ feeling that study under the "Natural Division" mode.So the mainly research method that the article adopts is investigating method,observation method,document method,interview method.In the process of using "Natural Division" mode,I observed my colleagues and students,communicated and interviewed with them,and completed this paper with the cooperation of literature research and investigation.In addition to the introduction,literature review and conclusion,this paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part mainly introduces the "Natural Division" mode,including chapter one and chapter two.The first chapter is an overview of the "Natural Division" Mode.The second chapter introduces the concrete implementation process of the "Natural Division" Mode.The third part of the main content is the "Natural Division" Mode in the middle school Chinese subject application of specific cases,which is the third chapter of this paper.The main content of the fourth part is the effectiveness and reflection of the application of the "Natural Division" Mode in Chinese classroom in middle school,that is,the fourth chapter of this paper.By studying the teaching reform in the No.2 High School Attached Hunan Normal University,this paper hopes to understand the use of the relatively new teaching reform mode the "Natural Division" Mode in Chinese class,reflect on the gains and losses of this mode,and put forward some Suggestions.This mode can be used for reference by schools or those in need. |
