| Since the establishment of the CBA League,the reform of the league system has always been a key issue for the basketball management center and the Chinese Basketball Association.It is still continually exploring the suitable system for the development of the CBA league.This research takes the development status of CBA system as the research object,and uses the literature data method,historical research method,logic analysis method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method and expert interview method to comb the 23 years of CBA development process.The competition system is divided into six categories: competition type and competition system,duration of competition and competition,number of teams and geographical distribution,referee system,player selection and foreign aid system.It is compared with the NBA tournament system.Exploring the changes and directions of the CBA system reform,providing reference for further improving the CBA league system,has certain theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the sustainable development of China’s CBA league.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn.1.The CBA league is gradually moving away from the administrative management model.The establishment of the CBA company has accelerated the pace of this step,enhanced the competitiveness of the CBA league,and played a positive role in theoverall development of the clubs..2.The types of competitions and competition systems are not stable enough.In the competition category,there is a lack of localization innovation in the NBA league.In the competition system,after 23 years of development,it is still exploring and exploring,especially in the summer league and preseason games.Smaller,shorter duration,it is difficult to meet the requirements of helping the team to train newcomers and run the lineup.3.The CBA League season is short and lasts for five months.If you encounter a world competition during the season,the league needs a window of time to help the national team prepare for the game.4.The number of CBA teams is currently maintained at a stable level of 20 teams.Under the latest league reform system,the current situation of non-expansion is maintained for the next four years.In terms of geographical distribution of the team,there are a large number of teams in the developed cities in the eastern coastal areas,and there are fewer teams in the central and western regions,which is not conducive to the development and promotion of basketball in the country.5.The referees of the CBA Basketball League are still amateur referees.The referees of the CBA League are mostly national and have fixed occupations.The professional construction of the referee needs to be supported by certain external conditions.The in-depth development of the league provides guarantee for the profession of the referees,which makes the CBA referees professionally feasible.6.The competitiveness of domestic players in CBA leagues is still significantly different from that of players in Europe and the United States,and there are major problems in the training of reserve talents.Most of the reserve talents in the league are clubs and second-and third-line teams,and there are fewer college players,which has curbed the youth.The enthusiasm of the professional basketball road is not conducive to better and faster development of the league..7.In the 23 years since CBA,the system of foreign aid has been constantly adjusted and updated.It has not found a best and reasonable way to balance the appreciation of the league and the development of domestic players.The role of foreign aid has evolved from the initial introduction of the auxiliary team to Leading the game to win and lose,the league competition is unbalanced,local players can not get a good workout. |
