Focusing on people's livelihood,health is the greatest."Without the health of the whole people,there will be no comprehensive well-off society." Achieving the health of the whole people is an important symbol of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the prosperity of the country.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has made a comprehensive and in-depth strategic deployment and continued promotion to achieve national health from the perspective of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the long-term development of the country.Based on the implementation of the national strategy of "Healthy China" and the explicit stipulation of school sports health education in the "Healthy China 2030" Program Outline(hereinafter referred to as the Outline): "Implementing the plan of promoting teenagers' sports activities,cultivating teenagers' sports hobbies,basically realizing that teenagers can master more than one sports skill skillfully and ensuring students The time of physical activity in school is not less than one hour every day;in2030,the rate of meeting the standard of school sports facilities and equipment allocation will reach 100%,the young students need to participate in sports activities more than three times a week,and the excellent rate of the national students' physical health standard will reach the standard of 25%.Based on the theories of curriculum education,modern health concept and sociological development,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of physical health education in nine junior middle schools in different counties and districts of Jinzhong City by using the methods of documentation,field interviews,questionnaires and data statistics.At the same time,it combines the objectives and requirements of "Healthy China" strategy.At present,Jinzhong junior middle school sports health education curriculum implementation,extracurricular activities,students' acceptance of sports health education and daily healthy behavior habits and other aspects of research,seeking to influence the development of Jinzhong junior middle school sports health education factors,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures,for Jinzhong primary and secondary school sports health education to provide a reference basis.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Nine junior middle schools in Jinzhong City have carried out sports health education,but there are differences between the implementation of national standards and regions.(2)On the implementation of physical education health education in Jinzhongjunior middle schools: from the teaching objectives,teaching content arrangement,teaching methods and organizational forms,teaching evaluation and other dimensions,Jinzhong junior middle schools have not yet formed a complete teaching system of physical education health education in schools.(3)The current situation of students' extracurricular activities through field surveys and questionnaires shows that there is still a gap between the number and duration of students' participation in extracurricular sports activities in Jinzhong Junior Middle School and the "medium intensity" required by the Outline.(4)At the present stage,Jinzhong junior middle schools have insufficient propaganda on "healthy China" strategy and health knowledge,resulting in insufficient awareness of "healthy China" and lack of health concept among teachers and students.However,students' daily healthy behavior is more standardized and correct.A good healthy behavior habit is the foundation,and it is worth us to continue to maintain and learn.(5)Compared with the development goals clearly stated in the Outline,Jinzhong Junior High School is not strong enough in the allocation of sports teachers and the usual health education and training,and the implementation is not in place.(6)Jinzhong junior high school physical education resources are still relatively deficient,especially the standard sports venues,which largely affects the teaching of physical education and health education in Jinzhong junior high school.(7)Through analysis and induction,factors affecting the implementation of physical education health education in junior middle schools in Jinzhong City under the background of "healthy China" are concluded,namely,teachers' and students' strategic awareness of "healthy China";the strength of teachers' construction and training of health education teachers;site resources;the importance of supervisors' leadership;the recognition of discipline independence;and the impact of examination-oriented education system.(8)Under the background of "Healthy China",this paper puts forward the following countermeasures for the development of physical education in Jinzhong junior middle schools: actively and effectively popularizing health knowledge and doing a good job in propaganda of "Healthy China" strategy,enhancing teachers' and students' awareness of "Healthy China" strategy,building a scientific teaching system of physical education in schools,and strengthening teachers' team.Wu builds and strengthens the training of teachers;actively promotes the implementation and development of sports resources;and establishes a leading supervision institution ofschool sports health education.
