With the continuous development of special education career,in the diagnostic assessment of special children,education intervention,rehabilitation training and other activities means the informatization and network development trend,these changes make special education teachers’ living environment,work environment and job requirements are big change happened,that part of the special education teachers,all kinds of psychological stress increased dramatically.As an important teacher force in China’s education team,special education teachers are the "important others" in the growth process of special children.The health condition of their body and mind has an immeasurable influence on the educational objects.Therefore,attention should be paid to the current situation of special education teachers’ mental health and related problems related to the influencing factors.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 681 randomly selected teachers of special education nationwide using the self-rating scale for mental health symptoms(scl-90),and some teachers were selected for in-depth interviews.On this basis,the current status and influencing factors of mental health of teachers of special education in China were discussed based on the data and data obtained.The purpose is to grasp the current special education teachers’ overall mental health status and characteristics,and from different dimensions of the difference between the analysis and analysis of the reasons for a more comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors,and finally targeted summary can effectively improve the special education teachers’ mental health feasible countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The mental health level of teachers in special education is lower than that of the average adult in China,general adult more than 21.59% of special education teachers moderately severe psychological problems,multiple symptoms on forcedsymptom,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,etc.,and different dimensions in detection of special education teachers’ psychological problems and presents the characteristics of each have differences.2.The main factors affecting the mental health of teachers in special education are: conflict between self-expectation and reality;Teachers of special education have role conflict;Lack of professional knowledge and skills;School pressures;Negative professional reputation;Social environment.At the end of this paper,based on the countermeasures and Suggestions put forward by the special education teachers in the process of in-depth interview,the following measures can be taken to guide or help the special education teachers to improve their mental health: correctly understanding themselves and trying to accept;Actively and reasonably deal with career pressure;Improve the working environment to create a harmonious atmosphere;Improve their professional quality;Strive for social recognition and support.
